You will be supplied the source file and full res unwatermarked JPEG, but with this in mind I would really appreciate it if you did not upload a version without a watermark. I try to place the watermark in an unobtrusive spot, and if you would like it moved on the public piece you are free to ask, but please do not post a version of my artwork without a watermark.
You are free to share unwatermarked versions with close friends and in groups, but you are not permitted to post it on your social media profiles without a watermark.

Please specify if a piece is to be used for a commercial purpose.
Usually I'm not going to decline a commission on the basis of something being used for commercial purposes, but I will request knowledge of expected profit generated using the piece, and commission rates will be adjusted to reflect that.
Overall, I'm more than willing to be work with someone who wants to use my work commercially.
You may not sell prints, shirts, or anything else where the piece is the main selling point unless it is a commercial commission.
Under no circumstances are you permitted to ever "mint" my art into an NFT.
All SFW pieces are created while streaming to Twitch.tv/kenzireal
If you do not want your piece streamed to Twitch, please specify. However, requesting me to not do so will require me to work on non-working days, and will incur extra fees as Twitch streaming is a part of my business structure.
NSFW pieces already have this accounted for with the NSFW fee
Payment
All payments are processed via Paypal or StripeMoney does not leave paypal until commissioner is satisfied with the piecePayment is expected upon completion or near completion.Any piece above 100 USD is eligible for payment plans.Full res will not be sent until payment is fully processed.
